Letter, January 25, 1908.

Letter to Major W.H. Lambert, on New York Cotton Exchange stationery, regarding a playbill allegedly taken, on the night Lincoln was shot, from the box where he had been sitting, by an actor named Matthews. He describes several printing differences from what he had seen. He states that two playbills had been printed, one before the president chose to attend the play and one, after his acceptance, announcing his attendance.
